1. Purpose and Scope
CORE LABS ("CORE LABS," "we," "us," or "our") manufactures, tests, and sells peptide and research-chemical products strictly for laboratory, scientific, and analytical research purposes. This Research-Use Policy explains the conditions under which we sell our products and the obligations you accept by purchasing from us.
2. Products Are Not for Human or Animal Use
Every product offered by CORE LABS is designated Research Use Only (RUO). Our products are not drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices under any applicable law. They are not intended, labeled, or approved for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, mitigation, or cure of any disease or condition. CORE LABS does not provide dosing, reconstitution, administration, or injection instructions for any product, under any circumstances.
3. Eligible Purchasers
Our products are intended for purchase only by qualified researchers, laboratories, universities, research institutions, and businesses conducting legitimate scientific or analytical research, who have the appropriate training, facilities, and legal authority to handle research chemicals safely and in compliance with applicable law.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are purchasing solely for legitimate research purposes, that you will not use, resell, or distribute the products for human or animal consumption or administration, and that you are legally permitted to purchase, receive, and possess these products in your jurisdiction.
4. A Disclaimer Does Not Make an Unlawful Sale Lawful
This policy, the acknowledgements collected at checkout, and the labeling on our products describe the intended and permitted use of our products — they do not, by themselves, make any particular sale or use lawful. It remains your sole responsibility to determine whether purchasing, possessing, or researching with a given product is lawful in your jurisdiction, and to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and institutional laws and regulations.
5. Geographic Restrictions
CORE LABS may restrict or refuse orders from jurisdictions where the sale, purchase, or possession of a given product is prohibited or restricted. Configured restricted regions are enforced at checkout. If you are uncertain whether a product may lawfully be shipped to your location, contact us before ordering.
6. Age and Eligibility Acknowledgement
You must be at least the minimum eligible age stated at checkout, and legally capable of entering a binding agreement, to place an order. By completing checkout you acknowledge that you meet these requirements.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use CORE LABS products for any human or animal consumption or administration; represent our products as suitable for human or animal use when reselling or distributing them; or remove, alter, or obscure Research Use Only labeling or documentation.
8. Right to Refuse Service
CORE LABS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we believe a purchase may not be for legitimate research purposes, where a shipping destination is restricted, or where we are unable to verify eligibility.
