1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details. If you start checkout but don’t finish, we save the details you’ve entered so far (such as your name, email, phone and address) along with what was in your cart, so we can help you complete your order. We do not store raw credit card numbers — payment card data is handled directly by our payment processor.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your order (confirmation, processing, shipping, and delivery updates), send you one follow-up email if you started checkout but didn’t finish (with your saved cart and a way to reach us), provide customer support, and maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

3. Analytics and Cookies

We use Independent Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It runs on our own server, and that data stays there. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.

Our on-site assistant, Pepper, saves the text of questions it could not answer, with email addresses and phone or order numbers removed, so we can improve its answers. These are not linked to your account or orders.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the Site and fulfill orders — for example, payment processors and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain order information as needed for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes. We use standard technical and organizational measures to protect information, including secure checkout, restricted administrative access, and input validation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. Every follow-up email about an unfinished order includes a link to stop them.

This Site is not directed to individuals under the minimum eligible age stated in our Research-Use Policy, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
