8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORE LABS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from use of a product outside its Research Use Only designation, misuse, or non-compliance with applicable law.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the CORE LABS name and wordmark — is owned by or licensed to CORE LABS and may not be used without our prior written permission.
