Description
What it is
A three-component research blend supplied in a single 3 mL vial, totalling 70 mg:
- GHK-Cu — 50 mg. The tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine complexed with copper(II). First isolated from human plasma; the copper chelate is what turns the solution blue on reconstitution.
- BPC-157 — 10 mg. A synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide derived from a sequence found in gastric juice protein.
- TB-500 — 10 mg. A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein.
Research context
Used where researchers want the three peptides in fixed proportion from one vial rather than reconstituting and combining three separately. Each component is an established subject of published investigation in its own right.
Handling
Supplied lyophilised in a sealed 3 mL vial. Store sealed vials refrigerated and protected from light. Reconstitute with an appropriate sterile diluent immediately before use and keep reconstituted material cold. The blue tint on reconstitution comes from the GHK-Cu and is expected. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic application.
