Affiliate Terms

These terms govern participation in the CORE LABS affiliate programme. Participation is by invitation only.

1. Research Use Only

All CORE LABS products are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research. Affiliates must not describe, imply, or suggest that any product is suitable for human or animal consumption, administration, or use.

2. Prohibited Claims

Affiliates must not make, publish, or repeat any of the following in connection with CORE LABS products:

• Health, medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or curative claims of any kind
• Weight-loss, muscle-gain, anti-ageing, or performance claims
• Personal-use accounts, dosing information, reconstitution instructions, or administration guidance
• Before-and-after imagery, progress photographs, or testimonials describing personal results
• Comparisons to prescription medicines, or any suggestion of equivalence to an approved drug

These restrictions apply to every channel an affiliate uses, including social posts, stories, video, live streams, comments, direct messages, blogs, and email.

3. Required Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose their material connection to CORE LABS in every post, video, or message that promotes a referral code or link, in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines. The disclosure must be visible without the reader expanding or clicking anything.

4. Commission

Commission is 15% of the product subtotal on qualifying orders placed with the affiliate’s referral code or link. Shipping, taxes, and refunded or cancelled orders are excluded. Commission is earned only once an order is paid and fulfilled.

5. Payouts

Commission is paid once an affiliate’s confirmed balance reaches $50.00. Balances below the threshold roll forward.

6. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates must not use unsolicited email or messaging, paid search advertising on CORE LABS brand terms, misleading claims about pricing or availability, or any method that misrepresents their relationship to CORE LABS.

7. Self-Referral

Affiliates may not use their own referral code or link on their own purchases.

8. Termination

CORE LABS may suspend or terminate an affiliate at any time, and may withhold unpaid commission where these terms have been breached. Affiliates may leave the programme at any time.

9. Changes

CORE LABS may update these terms. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.
